Hi, I’m Lindsay Beckman. I was born and raised in Cranberry Prairie – upon graduation I moved to Chicago where I lived for 8 years studying Interior Design - working both at an architecture firm and doing flooring sales. Once I got all my “wiggles” out I was ready to move back home!

 That lead me to The Home Place – where I have been practicing Interior Design for the past 12 years, recently purchasing the store from Kris and Roger DeMange.  I am very proud to carry on the legacy that Judy Heitkamp (the founder “Mother” of the Home Place) and Roger DeMange have created.

 I love all things – Design , but helping customers is my favorite part. From small bathroom renovations to New Homes - It is always fun bringing a space to life. No day is every the same in this ever-changing design field.

 When I’m not in the office you will find me outside of Minster at our country home – also known as our “slice of paradise”. I have been married to my husband Tom for 10 years. We have three lovely children – Emerson (9), Emilia (8) and Griffin (5) who bring so much joy to our lives. We love to spend time together, especially spending time outdoors in the garden, doing crafts, and cooking/baking.  We also love working on house projects (thank God for my handy husband – he doesn’t turn down too many of my crazy ideas!). So thankful to be in a position that I love and can find joy in going to work every day!
